Meet Daniel
My name is Daniel Bashore, and I am running to serve as your next St. Louis Park Ward 1 City Council member! I live in the Bronx Park neighborhood with my husband, Kevin, our orange cat, Joel, and our rescue dog, Marty. I first moved to St. Louis Park in 2021 where I quickly fell in love with the city, its values, and its people. When we were looking to buy a house a year later, we were so fortunate to find one right here in SLP.
Over the last three years, I've enjoyed getting to know my neighbors, led efforts to restart our Bronx Park neighborhood association, and began serving on the city's Human Rights Commission in 2024. When not running for city council, I'm either working with clients as a change management consultant, coaching at local gym The Power House, walking Marty through our many parks and trails (stop and say hi if you ever see us!), or performing on a local stage. I look forward to getting to know our fellow Ward 1 residents, listening to your priorities and concerns, and serving you for the next four years!
