Transportation & Infrastructure
Great cities move well. Safe, sustainable, and accessible transportation is key to a thriving community.
We should be able to walk, bike, and get around without stress. Our streets should work for every person, not just cars.
Here's my plan for smarter transportation:
- Support Public Transit - Maximize access to light rail and buses, including the new line coming through our Ward.
- Connect Our Neighborhoods - Make it easier to get from neighborhood to neighborhood or to points of shared interest without having to rely solely on a car.
- Safe Streets for All - Invest in protected bike lanes, smooth sidewalks, and safer street crossings throughout the city.
- Lower Emissions, Less Traffic - Promote sustainable transit options to reduce pollution and improve our daily lives.
Bottom Line: Let's build streets that serve people—not just traffic. Walkable, bikeable, connected neighborhoods are better for all of us.
